Be still
The step includes no movement, action, or sound from your personal viewpoint (external perspective). External actions include talking, walking, thinking, mobility, making noise, etcetera gets in the way of you being able to detect and register innate (internal) sound. Complete stillness from an external reference point is the objective. No motion or sound from your personal worldview allows you to open a dialogue with the Oracle.
Hear
Hearing is the act of detecting or registering sound. This is basic to what the ear does when we hear a sound whether it is faint or loud. You are not attempting to receive, deduce, or comprehend any message at this point in the process. You are simply becoming still enough to register or detect an incoming sound. Hearing is intended to identify a mental aural event.
Listen
Listening is the act of tuning in to the sound that was received or registered from hearing. At this stage, you receive and comprehend the message(s) that comes through based on the frequency level of the sound that is registered when hearing. You must learn to tune in to the correct sound frequency to establish a connection. It will be evanescent initially until you master this attunement process to receive messages at higher levels of frequency.
Follow Directions
Once a clear message has been received and understood. You must follow it verbatim.
