Recruit
Recruit: This is an active engagement method used to solicit participation in an activity. Recruiting requires a participatory attitude and a willingness to socialize with others.

- Broaching a conversation with another person you don’t know.

- Solicit prospective candidates for a job, enroll in training, sell something, or to do something.

Schedule: This is a coordination and time management method. A person can use this tool to coordinate activities, schedule appointments, and openly initiate informal and formal communication.
