Interact

The purpose of this step is to learn the rules for client interaction and engagement. This step is performed to build relationships and rapport with mentees. It includes discerning when to coach, mentor, support, and train.

Report

The purpose of this step is to report client outcomes. This step is performed to communicate on outputs and outcomes during and after the mentor-mentee experiences. It involves evaluating how well a person progresses through the experience and includes researching, recording, documenting, and publishing feedback, findings, and quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
