Intersectionality

Intersectionality: n. A framework for understanding multiple categories of identity (e.g., gender, race, class etc.) and things (e.g., people, places, materials, emotions, etc.) interacting in ways that create complex systems of oppression, power, and phenomenon resulting from the interaction of identities and things.
